Getting Started

FormWise is a platform that lets you build, deploy, and share AI-powered Flows and Agents - all without writing a single line of code. Whether you want to create a smart chatbot, an automated workflow, or a custom AI form, FormWise gives you everything you need in one place.

What you can do with FormWise

• Build AI Flows - Use a visual workflow builder to design Flows powered by large language models like GPT, Claude, and more.
• Create Agents - Set up AI Agents (personas) that can reason, make decisions, and take actions on behalf of your users.
• Deploy instantly - Publish your Flows with one click and get a shareable link or embed code.
• Bundle Flows into Suites - Group related Flows together and share them as a collection.
• Connect your knowledge - Upload documents to your Notebooks so your Flows can reference your own data.
• Track everything - Review execution history and logs to see how your Flows are performing.

Creating your account

1. Go to formwise.ai and click Get Started or Sign Up.
2. You can sign up using your email address or continue with Google.
3. If you sign up with email, check your inbox for a verification link and click it to confirm your account.
4. Once verified, you will be taken to the onboarding flow.

After you sign in for the first time, FormWise will guide you through a short onboarding process:

1. Tell us about yourself - A few quick questions about how you plan to use FormWise.
2. Set up your organization - Enter your organization name and optionally upload a logo. You can change these later in Settings.
3. Invite team members (optional) - If you are working with a team, you can invite others by email. You can skip this and invite people later.

A note about API keys - FormWise connects to AI providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and others. You will need to add at least one API key before running your Flows. You do not need to do this right away - FormWise will prompt you when it is time. Manage your keys in Settings > Integrations.
