Branding
Give each Portal its own logo, colors, and sender identity - with live previews of everything an end user sees.
Portal branding
Beta
Portals are currently in beta.
Each Portal carries its own branding, applied everywhere an end user meets you:
- The sign-in email - the one-time-code email carries your logo and colors, so the message reads as yours, not ours.
- The login screen - logo, brand name, and colors on the entry gate.
- The pricing screen - the plan picker inherits the same look.
Configuring it
- Open the Portal and go to its Branding page.
- Set the logo, brand name, accent color, and the reply-to email for outgoing emails, and optionally pick a theme. Anything you leave empty falls back to your workspace brand.
- Use the previews beside the form - the Email, Login, and Pricing tabs update as you type. They are approximate; click Email me a test to see the exact sign-in email.
Themes for the products inside the experience (chat and form styling) come from your org and per-Flow themes - Portal branding covers the entry surfaces around them.
To go further and serve the whole experience from a domain you own, see Custom domains.
Signed sign-in
Sign a visitor's email on your server and hand it to an embedded Portal, so a visitor who is already logged in to your site arrives signed in with no one-time code.
Whitelabeling
Remove the "Powered by FormWise" badge and present your AI tools, Suites, and Portals entirely under your own brand. Included with Pro and Agency, available as an add-on for Creator.
